Shipping Policy:
Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time". Product Fullment will not exceed 10 business days. The standard shipping time is 10 business days. All packages have specific tracking information. You may request a tracking number by emailing info@prettybrowngal.com.
We have several production companies worldwide, and not all items are stored in the same place. When you order multiple items, they may be shipped out separately and arrive in separate packages. This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass on to you, our customer. Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 10-15 days. ORDERS PROCESS AND SHIPS IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE READ YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL FULLY.
We are also an environmentally friendly enterprise trying to use as little packaging as possible while still ensuring good protection for your orders, so your package may not be pretty, but what is inside will be!
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has been shipped.
Return Policy:
* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Only exchanges & you must contact us via email to confirm exchange.
*Prettybrowngal has the right to refuse any exchange without notice.
* Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.
* All items being exchanged must be in the original condition.
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange.
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
* Items returned after 14 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
