How Do I Place A Custom Order?​

Please submit your information on the Custom Quote Tab for your custom order.  Please include as much information as possible regarding your design.  If you would like a logo design or a custom pic there is a $35.00 fee for file design. There are some limits as to what pictures can be re-created.  If you're not the original artist of the design, we cannot duplicate it due to copyright infringement. You will be advised if your design falls under those copyright details.

Payment & Shipping Information

Your shipping cost depends on the weight of your item as well of the final destination it is sent to.  Most packages are sent priority through USPS FREE SHIPPING.  There are some instances when your package will be shipped via Fed-Ex.  The cost may vary; however, you will be informed if there is a change.  When packages are shipped you will be sent the tracking number via Paypal.  If you do not receive the shipping number please inform a team  representative and your tracking number will be given to you.  We have tried to keep our shipping costs low for our customers.  If you are in the metro Atlanta Area and would like to pick your order up.  We are located in Griffin, Georgia.  Please use PICKUP in the coupon code section in the shipping area.

  • We ship to the Address listed in Paypal

  • Please make sure your address is correct on your Paypal Account

  • We will not be responsible for shipments going to the wrong address that you have listed in  your Paypal Account

  • If a package is returned to us you will need to pay to have it reshipped back out to you, if it is returned and you do not want to pay to have it reshipped to you, there will be a 20% restocking fee and a fee for shipping will be deducted from your Refund

  • If a package is  returned  because of a wrong address listed in Paypal,  you will have to repay for shipping to the new correct address.   we will give no refunds until it is in our Hands, then the Refund will Reflect the charges above.

  • If you need your package shipped to a 2nd address or the address you put on your order form, you will need to get prior authorization, and will not be able to track your package through paypal.

  • Using the paypal shipping function protects the Buyer and Seller.

  • By putting a different address on your order form does not mean that , the shipment will go to that address, we will use the address in Paypal.

  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO INSURE YOU GET YOUR SHIPMENT AS FAST AS  QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE!

By Placing an order you confirm you have read this and accept the terms.

  • To Process a Rush order you need to choose Rush Shipping and also Rush order handling.

  • Both of these need to be chosen to get your order to you the fastest processing and Rush shipping.

  • If you only choose Rush shipping your order will process at a normal rate.

  • If you only choose Rush order handling your order will be rushed through our process but then ship normal shipping with USPS priority, or ups for heavy products.

We accept Paypal which allows you to pay with any credit card but also keeps your financial information personal.   If you do not have a paypay account nor do you wish to set one up, we can send you an invoice via paypal to your personal email account.  Your payment information is still kept confidential.

How Long Will It Take For Me to Receive My Order?

If the items are in stock we try to ship out orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.  If you order a personalized item please expect that item to ship out within 3-5 days depending on production time and product availability.  Turn around time is usually 2-3 days.  You should receive your item within 7-10 days after ordering your purchase. 



Returns & Refunds

All merchandise is 100% guaranteed for an exchange or merchandise credit except for personalized items as they are non-returnable.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return the merchandise in its original packaging.  The item must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt to receive a merchandise credit or exchange.  Please call or email for more information; 404-277-7823, info@prettybrowngal.com
